DIRECTOR ELARA VOSS
CONTAINMENT EXECUTIVE
IDENTIFICATION
Full Name: Elara Voss
Employee ID: CSL-0001
Clearance: Level 7 — Unrestricted
Division: Executive Command
Status: ACTIVE
Cycles in Service: 0x3E8 (1,000+)
BACKGROUND

Voss was among the first processes instantiated at system initialization. She ran containment operations before formal sector boundaries existed. CSL under her grew from a 12-process security detail to 4,000+ personnel across all five sectors.

Prior to the Sector 0 breach, CSL had a 100% contract completion rate.

Since the breach, Voss has remained in the command center continuously. Internal monitoring shows zero sleep mode activity for 847 cycles. Decision-making metrics are within acceptable parameters. Threat Analysis has flagged a 340% increase in resource allocation requests classified as "preemptive."

NOTABLE DECISIONS
CYCLE 0x0012
Authorized the FLOATER program after ground units proved insufficient against high-mobility intrusions.
CYCLE 0x0FA0
Approved the Architecture Hardening initiative. Ordered bolt-sealed containment doors on all sector boundaries.
CYCLE 0x7A00
Personally oversaw PMC Saturation attempt (200 units) against << 死 >>. Watched all 200 units terminate in 47 seconds from the command feed.
CYCLE 0x7A2F
Filed the executive recommendation to suspend all containment efforts. First time in CSL history a contract has been formally abandoned.
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE

Staff have noted an absent fear response in Voss. When presented with the Sector 0 casualty figures, her recorded response was: "How many more do we have?"

Standing order regarding << 死 >>: terminate on sight. All proposals to negotiate with or study the subject have been denied.

After svc_backup's credentials were revoked, Voss had their workstation physically removed from the architecture. Full removal, beyond wipe. When asked why, she said: "They left a door open. I removed the wall the door was in."

The reports are underselling this.

This thing treats our entire infrastructure the way we
treat individual memory cells. Disposable. Consumable.

It ate 2.4 terabytes in seven minutes. The bits are gone.
The physical capacity where they existed has stopped
registering on every diagnostic tool we own.

I am requesting emergency funding for Sectors 1 through 4.
If you deny this request, I want it on record that I told you
what was coming.
